SUMMER CLIMBING HOLIDAYS
8-12 July and / or 22-26 July 2019

Especially during summer holidays, many parents are confronted with the idea of what your children can do when you are at work and you do not have anyone to take care of them, but you want them to spend the summer time with high quality, relaxed and as fun as possible.
That’s why we’ve decided to offer twice in July a week of climbing summer holidays, which besides climbing also include other sports activities.
For who? Children from the 1st to the 9th grade of primary school
Level of climbing knowledge: It does not matter!
When: 8-12 July and / or 22-26 July 2019
Hours: 7.30-16.30 (all-day program)
PROGRAM
MORNING PART (7.30-13.00) WITH A SNACK
Gathering in the Climbing Center Koper between 7.30 and 8.00.
We will first awaken our body and thoughts by walking, games and other exercises.
There will be various activities on the bouldering wall and on the climbing polygon in the hall, so children will learn climbing or upgrade their climbing skills. In addition, instead of climbing (depending on weather and other circumstances), there will be swimming in the sea, and one day we will also go supping in the sea!
In the morning we will have a snack break.
LUNCH – app. at 13.00
AFTERNOON PART (app. 13.30-16.30)
Depending on the weather and other circumstances, afternoon hours will be for climbing and activities on the climbing polygon, swimming in the sea, activities in the Bonifika Sports Park, playing with ball and water balloons, social games, and creativity – drawing with chalk, coloring, learning knots with climbing ropes, etc.
CLIMBING EQUIPMENT
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable sportswear: a short jersey, if necessary an additional long-sleeved shirt, and stretchable pants, recommended across the knees, but also short are OK.
FOOTWEAR: school slippers with rubber soles and elastic around the ankle, or snickers, which are used only in gyms (not outside). If anyone wants to, he ot she can try climbing shoes (ours for free).
OTHER EQUIPMENT
- Everything your child needs for swimming in the sea (swimwear, towel, sun cream, requisites for swimming, etc.)
- Other: what your child usually needs for described activities.
PRICE
Price for 5-days all-day program (7.30-16.30): 180,00 € (VAT included)
The price includes professional guidance, guided activities, equipment, supping, morning snack and lunch.
APPLICATION
Registration is possible by filling in the E-APPLICATION FORM.
At the end of the completion, you will see a successful notification signup window.
Deadline for 8-12 July: Tuesday 25th June 2019 at the latest
Deadline for 22-26 July: Tuesday 9th July 2019 at the latest
Applications are accepted until the places are filled or no later than 3 days before the start of the program.
PAYMENT
Your registration will be confirmed after paying the program.
The advance payment must be payed no later than within 5 days from the filling the e-application.
If you sign up less than 10 days before the start of the program, prepayment should be made within one day.

You will receive the invoice on your e-mail.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
The program will be conducted with at least 12 registered children.
If summer climbing holidays will be cancelled due to force majeure, you will be informed about it in a timely manner, and we will return your money.
If you cancel the participation more than 7 days before the start of the program, we will retain 10% of the payment.
If you cancel the participation less than 7 days before the start of the term, we will retain 30% of the payment.
In case of later cancellations (two days and less until the beginning of the program) we will not return your payment.
In case of cancellation due to health reasons, when you send the medical certificate to plusclimbing@gmail.com, we will return the amount to your bank account (90% or 70% of the total amount, depending on the time of cancellation).
In other cases, you will receive a credit note (90% or 70% of the total amount, depending on the time of cancellation), valid until the end of 2019. The credit can be used for daily entrances / monthly tickets for individual climbing entrances, or for monthly contribution for climbing courses in case your child will be included in autumn 2019.
